Do you require a deposit?
A small deposit may be required to secure your moving date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the move.
How do you calculate moving costs?
Pricing is based on several factors including distance, size of the move, number of movers required, packing needs, and any special items. We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. For commercial clients, invoicing options are available.
Do you provide packing and unpacking services?
Yes! Our team can fully or partially pack your belongings using professional-grade packing materials and also assist with unpacking at your new location.
Do you offer packing supplies?
Absolutely — we offer boxes, bubble wrap, tape, mattress covers, and more. Supplies can be purchased separately or included as part of your moving package.
Can you move heavy or specialty items like pianos or safes?
Yes, we have the equipment and trained staff to handle specialty, fragile, and oversized items safely.
Do I need to be present during the move?
We recommend that someone is present to answer questions and authorize final placement. If you’re unable to attend, alternative arrangements can be made.
Do you work on weekends and holidays?
Yes! We offer flexible scheduling and weekend or holiday moves based on availability.
How should I prepare for moving day?
Ensure that packed boxes are labeled, walkways are clear, and all items you are taking personally (keys, documents, jewelry, etc.) are set aside separately.
Can you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes! Our movers can disassemble and reassemble most types of household and office furniture, including beds, tables, desks, and shelving units. We bring the necessary tools and ensure everything is set up properly at your new location. If you have specialty or custom-built pieces, just let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
